Refund policy
At NORDEN, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact our team at hello@nordengear.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please note that we don’t cover return postage unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item (for example, a different size or colour), please reach out to us at hello@nordengear.com.
We’ll guide you through the exchange process and ensure your replacement is sent as soon as your return is received.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a brief description. We’ll prioritise a replacement or issue a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account or contact your payment provider.
If the issue persists, email us at hello@nordengear.com and we’ll assist promptly.
NORDEN reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice.
