Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

During high-volume periods, please allow for additional processing time. If there is a significant delay with your order, we’ll contact you via email at hello@nordengear.com.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)

We currently ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post or Sendle.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days (metro areas)

  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days (metro areas)

Rural or remote areas may experience slightly longer transit times.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and delivery method selected.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to selected countries. Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days

  • Express International Shipping (where available): 5–10 business days

International shipping rates and availability will be displayed at checkout.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

If you haven’t received your tracking email, or if tracking appears delayed, please contact us at hello@nordengear.com and we’ll assist.

 

DELIVERY ISSUES

NORDEN is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by postal or courier services, customs, or unforeseen events

  • Packages lost or stolen after successful delivery confirmation by the carrier

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Please double-check your delivery details before completing your purchase.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery (additional shipping fees may apply).

 

PRE-ORDERS & BACKORDERS

If a product is marked as pre-order or backorder, the estimated dispatch timeframe will be shown on the product page.

Your full order will be shipped once all items are available, unless separate arrangements are made.


 

UNDELIVERED OR RETURNED PARCELS

 

If a package is uncollected or returned to sender, we’ll notify you by email.

You may choose between:

  • Reshipment (additional postage costs apply), or

  • A refund for the product cost (excluding original shipping fees).

 


 

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please email hello@nordengear.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
